Potato Bar for Less Actives

In our Bishop's council meeting we discussed ways to re-activate the less actives and activate the downright hostile folks back to full fellowship. You'll be pleased to know that we received a revelation that told us the way to do it was with a potato bar at the end of Sacrament Meeting. While all of you faithful will make your way to Sunday School, I'll be serving the less actives a serving of baked potato goodness and a full serving of welcome back into the fold.

Hi Bishop. I think you've spelled bulletin wrong in your blog description. Just thought i'd tell ya...

Don't forget the bacon bits! Get the real stuff. Bacon will bring anybody back to the fold. Folks may actually turn inactive just so they can come to the potato party, I mean the re-activation effort.

You can't trick me into coming back to activity with a baked potatoe. Do you think I am that cheap? Will there be toppings, or just plain potatoes? Not that I will come....

Sure. Not everyone will come and that's ok. Not everyone likes their spud topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives, onions, bacon pieces and other delicious fix'ns. Oh, yes. Those will all be available, and more. But don't worry about coming. Really. It's ok if you don't. We have just enough for everyone except you. We will probably run out just before we get to you. But maybe you'll consider coming back if we extend a call for you to teach nursery. Will that do it?

Thanks for pointing out the spelling error. I use both spell checker and the Holy Ghost to help me with spelling errors. As you can see, both methods don't always work.

How long do I need to be inactive before I can take advantage of the potato bar?

If I just come to Sacrament meeting, but skip the others, does that count?

I like potatoes.

I'm loving this blog.

I'm that cheap! So how long do I have to participate if I eat potatoes with you?

I also like cake, canned ham and pudding. It would also help if you paid my rent for a month. My yard also needs weeding. Can we work out a package deal?
